Another good thing about winter is that it is full of Brain-Boosting foods! Leafy greens such as collards, kale & broccoli are full of vitamin K, lutein and beta carotene which may slow cognitive decline. Walnuts for healthy fats and memory. Oily fish like salmon and sardines are rich in omega 3s which boost function. Sage is a lovely winter spice that aids your memory.
And for dessert, try a piece of dark chocolate for flavonoid antioxidants. Lastly, not eating too much will optimize your brain function. But you learned this at Thanksgiving.
