This healing soup is one of my “beauty” soup that makes me feel relaxed and rested as it was packed with the healing herb ingredients- Lily bulbs, goji berries, wild yams, Cordyceps flowers, gorgon seeds. It is said for nourish yin and kidney, invigorating spleen and regulating #chi and blood, which can make your skin look youthful.
Gorgon seeds, also called Fox Nut Barley, nourishes kidneys and spleen to secure essence, and stop diarrhea, dry dampness and vaginal discharge.
Fox Nut Barley promotes cardiovascular health, benefits a healthy blood pressure, supports reproduction, benefits digestion, promotes a health blood sugar level along with exercise and healthy diet and supports kidney health. It contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, is high in calcium and an excellent source of protein. can be used as a treatment for rheumatic pains and arthritis as it has little or no side effects.
