Ceylon cinnamon – this is the “true” cinnamon and it is delicious, sweet and complex. Cinnamon is excellent for helping balance blood sugar.
Chia seeds, ground flax seeds or hemp hearts – protein, fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. Enough said!
