Weekly Detox, self healing, flu virus protection with this anti inflammatory, immune boosting soup—daikon /or radish, onion, garlic, ginger turmeric cooked in bone broth.
Ingredients:
8 cups bone broth
2 cups chopped daikon or radish
1 onion, chopped
8 cloves of garlic
2 oz threaded ginger
A splash of turmeric
Directions:
Load all ingredients in your Vitaclay pot. Set on soup to cook for 30 minutes or an hour.
