Steamed Cinnamon Pears with Rock Sugar or Honey

Autumn Fall lung strengthening desert- steamed cinnamon pear in rock sugar or honey. This may help relieve asthma, dry throats, cough.

🍐Pears are considered a major healing food for the Autumn season in Chinese Medicine. Pears have the quality of clearing heat, moistening and clearing phlegm mucus from the Lungs. It may help relieve asthma

👨‍🍳How to make this desert? Simple as ease as 1, 2, 3 with only 2-3 ingredients. Steam in your vitaclay for 30-40 minutes!

🥘Make it fresh to maximize the nutrition and effectiveness!

     

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 pear
  • 5 pieces of small rock sugar or to your taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Directions:

🍐add 4 cups water in your vitaclay clay pot. (8 cups water in your 6 qt vitaclay stock pot)

🍐 Cut off the top part of the pears

🍐 Use a teaspoon to remove the cores. Fit the cored pears in a ceramic bowl inside your VitaClay claypot.

🍐Fill the holes with rock sugar or brown sugar (or add honey after steamed)

🍐spread a dash of cinnamon powder

🍐set on stew or fast to steam for 30 to 30 minutes.
