Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
  • 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, approximately 2 lbs
  • 1 jar of salsa
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt, or to taste

Directions

1. Add the chicken breasts to your clay pot and dump the salsa and spices on top of the breasts.

2. Close your cooker and set it to cook on “Stew” for 40 minutes or 1 hour.

3. Use fork to shred the chicken.

4. Serve and enjoy.
