MexiGrind— originally made in an italian bun and called a grinder.

This is day 3 pulled pork grinder tortillas, we replaced Italian bun with flour tortillas instead. Almost like “open” pork quesadilla or mini pizza 😝

     


Ingredients:

  • Chipolte mayonaise
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Pulled pork
  • Tomato
  • Pickle
  • (Optional diced onion)
  • Spoon of regular mayo
  • Flour tortillas

Direction:


Bake in oven 450 about 5 minutes
