Yummy and full of flavor one-pot meal with a roasted duck on sticky rice. Let the duck juices fully blend in rice... it was sooooooo... delicious!
You may either make your own roasted duck (Vitaclay Chef Recipe) or get from a restaurant. Simply cook the rice for about 20 minutes, sticky or nonstick, sushi, or basmati rice, then add the roasted duck on top of the rice to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes! The flavor was incredible!
If you are not a duck fan, you may use chicken or other protein to make your own favorite one-pot rice meal..
