10 oz. chopped Spinach
14 slices chopped Bacon cooked until crispy
2 cups shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
8 oz. Cream Cheese (1 pkg.) softened to room temp. and cube
½ cup Sour Cream
½ cup Mayo
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Salt
pinch of Pepper
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir.
Spray your Clay pot with Nonstick cooking spray
Transfer mixture to your Clay pot and cook 30 minutes on Stew. Stir occasionally.
Serve with Pita Chips or a fresh sliced baguette. ENJOY!!
