Winter Nourishment with Soothing Chicken Soup for "Chi" or "Qi" and Beauty

Winter is a perfect season for nourishment! Enhance energy “chi” flow and balance “yin” and “yang” with chicken shiitake mushrooms, goji berries, astragalus, ginseng soup, also calls my beauty soup!

Add these along with ginger, wine, and water in your VitaClay to brew for 2 hours. The reason I added more white fungus was because of its soothing properties like nourishing the bodies, healing dry coughs and clearing heat in the lungs... plus help keep our skin young due to its collagen content.

Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus) has been used for thousands of years in TCM to promote wellness by strengthening the qi or chi, the energy that circulates on the surface of the body. Known as one of the most useful Chinese herbal tonics, this hearty root is ideal for someone who wants some extra immune support.* Western herbalists call this root an adaptogen, which means it helps to bring the body back into balance and to ward off effects of every-day physiological stressors.* The mild sweet taste works well alone, or with other medicinal herbs, prepared in soups.
