Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Job’s tears
  • 1/3 cup Euryale seeds
  • 1/3 cup lotus seeds
  • 1 cup wild yams (dried or fresh)
  • 1/4 cup peanuts (optional)
  • Rock sugar to taste for sweet or salt pepper to taste for savory
  • 2-2.5 qt water

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients in your clay pot.

2. Set on soup to cook for 2 hours.

3. (Optional) for breakfast- Use delay timer to start to cook 2 hours before your waking up...
