So love their products and customer service is EXCELLENT

- wanted to make a new probiotic fermented yogurt but don't know what temp it operates at on yogurt setting - help! Dr William David Super Gut book has setting temps to cook the yogurt at but this is not variable temp and I don't know what temps it would cook at - used a thermometer with water in the crockpot and it only came up at 80 degrees after 1/2 hour. Is there an owners manual for this? I don't seem to have it and I always keep them in my kitchen so I can find them when I buy new appliances.

Replacement Inner Pot for 2 Quarts Organic Slow Cooker and Yogurt Maker

The clay pot is beautiful and high quality. However, it can only make 6.9 cups rather than the 8 cups advertised. Any more than 6.9 cups will interfere with the lid and overflow. So when I make yogurt, I have a cup of milk left over for every half gallon.
