Steamed beets soaked in organic apple cider vinegar

- 4-8 organic beets
- 3-6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- Set on stew for 20-30 minutes.
- Save the beets juice in a salad bowl. Slice beets or cut in cubes then transfer to a salad bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and combine with beets juice and beets mix well.
