Steamed beets soaked in organic apple cider vinegar

Ingredients:

  • 4-8 organic beets
  • 3-6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
  1. Add 1 cup water (3 cups if you cook in 7800 models) in your #vitaclay #clay pot, place a ceramic bowl that contains beets inside your #claypot
  2. Set on stew for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Save the beets juice in a salad bowl. Slice beets or cut in cubes then transfer to a salad bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and combine with beets juice and beets mix well.
