Shortcut Saturdays: Skinny Alfredo Pasta in One Pot (Vegetarian!)

You're busy during the week; there is so much on your plate, from maintaining a household to cooking healthy meals to ferrying kids everywhere they need to go.

And we haven't even mentioned earning money to pay for all of the aforementioned activities. So there's your job. There's worrying about office politics and what you'll wear and that meeting they scheduled with Beijing at 7pm on Monday.

But now it's Saturday. You're free, none of the rules apply!

We're going to play all day and sleep til noon!

But alas, you still have children. They still wake up and they still need to eat.

So you're not prepared to spend hours in the kitchen on your day off, making a yummy meal everybody can eat between birthday parties and soccer games.

That's why we're starting a weekly ÔÇťShort CutÔÇŁ recipe just for Saturdays.

Because your Saturday should belong to you, not to the kitchen.

And with VitaClay, short-cuts are even shorter, because once you add your ingredients, you're done. Go play frisbee outside or take a nap until the game is overÔÇöVitaClay has dinner covered.
