A Quick, Easy, Different Chili with Sausage in Clay

Chili is a great recipe to have as the weather cools and the leaves begin to change. This ÔÇťwhite chiliÔÇŁ recipe looks a little different, and it also has more of a Tex-mex flavor and spice that gives it a different flavor than your every-day chili. It will certainly be a favorite of yours, once you realize how easy it is to make with VitaClay, and how great everything tastes when itÔÇÖs cooked in clay!

I love it when I find a recipe that mixes things up a bit, like Mexican-inspired chili or Asian-flavored pasta. Do you have any traditional recipes that you have changed to give it a different kick, or that you've given a little multi-cultural "fusion" flair? We hope you will, because Vitaclay will help you with that!
