Simply add 2 cups water in your vitaclay multicooker (4 cups in your stock pot) and set to steam for 30 minutes. Wait for water to boil then add in lobsters to steam for 5-10 minutes or until lobsters turn into pink, depending on how many to cook in.
sauté garlic in butter is optional. I used the lobster butter sauce to heat my leftover rice with cauliflower.
