College Student Meal- Pesto Pappardelle Pasta Made in VitaClay for 20 minutes!

This delightful dish combines wide ribbons of tender pappardelle pasta with a vibrant and aromatic pesto sauce. The basil, garlic and Parmesan cheese come together in perfect harmony, creating a symphony of tastes that will tantalize your palate.

     

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 oz pappardelle pasta
  • Water or broth
  • 2-4 tablespoons pesto sauce

Directions:

1. Add pasta and water to cover the pasta in your VitaClay pot.
2. Set on stew to cook for 20 minutes or until pasta becomes al dente.
3. Drain excess liquid. Mix with pesto sauce. Garnish with Parmesan cheese (optional)
