Buffalo Chicken-Cheese Dip

 Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 3/4 to 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • Celery sticks
  • Garnish: chopped green onions

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat on stove. Add onion, and cook 4 minutes or until onion is tender. Transfer to your clay pot
  2. Add 1/2 cup water to your vita clay pot slow cooker. Add the rest of ingredients except green onions.
  3. Set on Stew to cook for 30 minutes.
