Buffalo Chicken-Cheese Dip
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
3/4 to 1 cup hot sauce
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- Celery sticks
- Garnish: chopped green onions
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat on stove. Add onion, and cook 4 minutes or until onion is tender. Transfer to your clay pot
- Add 1/2 cup water to your vita clay pot slow cooker. Add the rest of ingredients except green onions.
- Set on Stew to cook for 30 minutes.
