Thank you for replacing the housing for my VitaClay. I’d bought a new clay insert and then realized that the spring and heating element, which were not working well, could crack the new insert. I called you and you offered to send a good, reconditioned housing to replace my older one for the cost of shipping and handling, even though I’d bought it some years ago. I received it in great condition and have used it. The reconditioned housing works like new. I appreciate your kind remediation and look forward to using the VitaClay for years to come.
