How to make ginseng bone broth? Simply add partial turkey, or a whole chicken, herbs, spices, water, tablespoon vinegar and wine to cook for 2-3 hours!

Ingredients

  • 1 Turkey leg, 1 thigh and 1 breast or 1 chicken
  • 4 quart water
  • 1 oz ginger
  • 1-3 tablespoons Turkey brines (sea salt and spices mix)
  • 1 or half of whole fresh ginseng or 1 tablespoon dried ginseng

Directions

  1. Add all in your clay pot and set on soup or slow to cook for 2-3 hours.
  2. Leave in warm for additional 8 hours or overnight. (Optional)

Drink flavorful broth daily or cook as a soup base for noodle or chicken dumpling or wonton or anything you like to add on!
