Swedish meatball mushroom soup

Accidental last minute vitaclay recipe creation with 4 ingredients only- 30 minutes vitaclay one pot meal Swedish meatball mushroom soup! Surprisingly delicious! Even the picky ones will eat! 😋 yum! soooooo good! A must try in your vitaclay!

Ingredients:


16 frozen Swedish meatballs
6-8 shiitake mushrooms or other mushrooms
1-2 cups dry pasta
1 cup tomato sauce
3-4 cups water

Add all in your vitaclay. Set to cook on stew or fast (4 cups water minimum) for 30 minutes or until pasta becomes al dente.
