This shiitake mushroom soup with greens and tomato is delicious and nutritious, not only keeps my immunity in check but also keeps me staying hydrated! When I am busy working, I often forget to drink more tea or water! Water is tasteless and bland anyway. No offense! I could drink more water after workout though...

How much liquids or water or tea or soup combined do you drink or eat daily?

Ingredients: 

  • 5 shiitake mushrooms or other mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup greens, chopped

  • 1 tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 cloves of garlic, smashed

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 4 cups


Directions:

Add all in vitaclay and set on stew or fast to cook for 15-20 minutes
