Satisfying, Weight-Loss Wonton Veggie Chicken Soup Made in 30 Minutes from VitaClay

This Superbowl is giving me a way to eat more bone broth! I used my 2nd batch chicken bone broth in my VitaClay from the leftover chicken (2qt water + leftover chicken+ salt pepper + boiled in soup for 2 hours), adding wontons and farm-fresh veggies. That’s it! It’s delicious, satisfying and helps me to lose weight too!

Don’t forget the fact that homemade bone broth is inexpensive with real Nutrition and so much tastier! Not only it beautifies my skin but it keeps my health in check.

Ingredients:

  • 20 -30 wontons
  • 1-2 qt chicken broth
  • 1 potatoes threaded
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup mixed veggies (chopped celery, threaded carrots)

Directions:

  1. Add all except wontons in your clay pot.
  2. Set on stew or fast to cook for 30 minutes.
  3. When soup reaches to a boil, add wontons (you may split the wontons into 2 batches if it is too crowded.) and cover the lid to let it simmer for 7-10 minutes until wontons are cooked through.
  4. Transfer wontons to soup bowls. Garnish with cilantro, or chopped chives or green onion.
