We LOVE our VitaClay cooker and use if daily. We are vegan and keep about 10 to 15 different kind of dried beans/legumes in bulk and get our weekly box of produce and whatever we through in the VitaClay, it comes out SO good! Always a delicious stew that we eat for lunch and dinners. We also cook rice in it, cook potatoes for potato salad, breakfast grains like amaranth and millet and add raisins, we use it for just about everything. Ours has been going strong for years- we heard about you and bought ours from a booth at the SF VegFest years ago. The other day, it wasn't working and we were so bummed, but not surprised as it is on pretty much constantly, so we bought a new one recently, but turns out that it was actually the kitchen plug that had a short in it! Our original VitaClay is fine! Still going strong. But we decided to keep the new one and put it in the closet so we will have it if this one ever really does stop working. It's really a fantastic product, thank you so much for making them! We don't know what we would do without it!
