Thank you for accommodating us on the replacement housing. It was received and worked for one session. Then it would only heat for half an hour and turn off. Multiple outlets were used to check where the problem could have been. We finally decided that we received a re-built housing but not sure on this. We just ordered a brand new cooker that should be delivered in the next day or so. We will try a brand new pot and see what happens.
I had an issue with my machine, maybe damage during shipment. I called the customer support line and they were very helpful, worked with me, and sent me a replacement after troubleshooting. I appreciate the honoring of the guarantee. Thank you
