This daikon or radish, onion, garlic, ginger turmeric soup is cooked in bone broth to make an all-in-one health-booster and disease-fighter super bowl! I got to make this weekly, even daily, to power up my family’s immune system during this COVID season. I love my family, and I won’t let any risk come to them, not even COVID-19! 8 cups bone broth
2 cups chopped daikon or radish
1 onion, chopped
8 cloves of garlic
2 oz threaded ginger
A splash of turmeric
Directions: Load all ingredients in your Vitaclay pot. Set on "soup" to cook for 30 minutes or an hour.
