The best way to fight diseases and viruses is in your kitchen! I made this amazing bone broth with two turkey thighs and garlic cooked last night for 2 hours. This morning, I added  2 eggs, 1/4 cup of celery to boil in 2 cups of broth for breakfast. Yum! Wholefood cooking has never been easier with VitaClay!

Ingredients:

  • 2 turkey thighs
  • Garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup celery
  • Broth


Direction:
Add the turkey and garlic in your Clay pot and cook on “Stew” for 2 hours

*Add eggs and celery and boil in 2 cups broth in the morning for breakfast
