Slow Cooker Mediterranean Turkey Recipe

Try this wonderful Slow Cooker Mediterranean Turkey recipe courtesy of us! Whether you will bring this to your next get-together or late dinner, this turkey is sure to make your taste buds gobble with joy!



  • 1 Large onion
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives
  • ½ cup julien-cut oil packed sum dried tomato halves (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning (McCormick makes a Greek mix)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 4-pound turkey breast (fat trimmed off)
  • ½ cup of fat-free low-sodium chicken broth at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • Thyme springs



  1. Combine onion, olives, tomato, garlic, Greek seasoning, salt, pepper, and ¼ cup of room temperature chicken broth in your Vita-clay slow cooker
  2. Add the turkey breast and cook on the “Stew” setting for 2 hours
  3. Combine ¼ cup of room temperature chicken broth and flour in a small mixing bowl. Mix well until you get a smooth consistency
  4. Add mixture to your slow cooker, cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes to thicken sauce.
  5. Remove turkey and cut into portion slices
  6. Top with the sauce and a sprig of thyme
  7. Serve with smashed potatoes and enjoy!
