Slow Cooked Beef-Lovers Stroganoff Recipe

Ever had homemade stroganoff I before? Do you worry that it will take a very long time to prepare? Unless you are using a traditional slow cooker (which takes about 8 hours;  8 hours and 10 minutes if you include preparation time), you shouldn't worry about preparation time because the VitaClay slow cooker makes stroganoff I  in 2 hours! Okay, 2 hours and 10 minutes with preparation time.

Slow cooked Beef Stroganoff weight loss recipes- It only takes 2 hours to get this nutritious meal ready.

Ingredients:

In general, this recipe makes for 4 servings which are enough for a small family.

  • 1 pound cubed beef stew meat
  • 1 can (10.75) condensed golden mushroom soup
  • ½ cup of chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
3-Step Directions: (About 10 minutes)
  1. Put your mixture of meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce and water in your VitaClay slow-cooker.
  2. Set the timer on your cooker for 2 hours.
  3. About an hour of cooking, stir in cream cheese.

Serve over hot and enjoy with perfectly cooked egg noodles or rice. If you do not have the VitaClay slow cooker, we can help you with that.
